Washington County Solid Waste provides cans, up to two per home. Billing is the same for one or two cans. For a small additional monthly charge (approximately $3) an additional blue can will be provided for recycling. Trash pickup in Entrada is on MONDAY. (Recycling is picked up every other Monday and does not include glass.) Cans should not be placed at the street more than 24 hours before trash day and must be brought in by the end of the day on MONDAY. If you will be out of town after the trash pickup, you are responsible for making make arrangements with a neighbor or house sitter to bring your can in from the street.

What is the speed limit in Entrada?
The speed limit is 20 mph and applies to all moving vehicles, including golf carts, motorcycles, and bikes. Please observe traffic circle protocol and ensure that you follow the circle to the right. Yield to traffic in the circle. Short-cutting the traffic circle is illegal and dangerous.

Can I make changes to the exterior of my home?
All exterior changes (paint, landscaping, stone work, adding a BBQ, spa, solar panels, landscape lighting, etc.) must be approved by the Entrada Design Review Committee (EDRC). The EDRC meets twice per month, every first and third Thursday at 9:00 am. Log in to your account at the Entradaowners.com website and enter your request in ARC area. Submissions for review are due to PMP management the Thursday prior to the meeting and must be complete to be on the agenda. New construction or major remodels must pay deposits prior to being added to the agenda.
What do the landscaping services cover?
Landscaping Services are provided for all common areas. Services are also provided for Patio and Patio with Water Homes in Entrada. This service is a basic landscape service, meant to ensure a consistently groomed look throughout the community. All irrigation repairs in Patio Home Neighborhoods are at the expense of the association, with the exception of locked courtyards and potted plants. Also not covered are any landscape elements that serve only one homeowner like backflow devices*, new irrigation lines for added plantings, moving existing irrigation lines to accommodate additional plantings or a remodel, and/or special requests by the homeowner for work outside the contracted maintenance.
The landscape crew will trim your plants, but trees are your responsibility. Same goes for pests: they are on you.
In custom home neighborhoods, the landscape company is responsible only for common areas. All other landscaping is at the owners’ expense. To submit a service request, log in to the Entradaowners.com website and enter a work order.
*Backflow Devices exist for all homeowners in custom homes. In Patio Homes only those homeowners who have a pool or spa on their property will have a backflow device. A backflow prevention device is used to protect potable water supplies from contamination or pollution due to backflow of landscape runoff or swimming pool/spa water.
Is there a list of approved plants for my property?
Yes. Please visit Entradaowners.com for a list of approved plants. When a plant dies, you may replace it with an approved plant without approval. See our

Are there any other amenities at Entrada other than those operated by Entrada Country Club?
Yes! There is a recreational area located in Paiute Springs for the use of EPOA members, which includes a pool, spa, basketball court, horseshoe pits, and restrooms. You may purchase a fob for entrance to this facility as well as keys to the restrooms by logging into the Entradaowners.com website and choosing forms and filling out the key request form. The key or fob will need to be picked up at the PMP office located at 1449 N 1400 W, Suite 15. The pool gate may also be opened with the myQ Community App.
May I Have A Pet?
Owners are permitted to have household pets subject to the responsible control of such pets. Pets should not be allowed to run at large, but should be restrained and kept in the immediate proximity of their owners at all times. Pets may not be left outside on residence sites without the presence of their owners. Owners shall ensure that their pets, when left home unattended, do not create a disturbance to neighbors. Owners shall be responsible for cleanup of any waste created by their pets.
May I Rent My Home?
Owners may rent out their Entrada residence, provided that the minimum lease term is not less than six months. Tenants shall be viewed as guests of the owner (landlord). The owner/landlord is responsible for ensuring that tenants conduct themselves in accordance with the community rules. The owner shall provide adequate garage parking, and the owner shall notify the EPOA in writing of the leasing of the property. A copy of the lease must be kept on file in the management office. Copies of all governing documents must be given to the tenants, who are expected to abide by all community rules. Any questions regarding a tenant’s authority to use the club should be directed to the Club Membership Director.
Where Should I Park My Vehicle?
Owners should park their automobiles in their garages and not on their driveways or on the roads. Owners shall keep their garage doors closed at all times except for entry or exit. Overnight parking for guests in the custom home neighborhoods is permitted in the owner’s driveway.
Motorhomes, recreational vehicles, boats, bicycles, motor bikes, motorcycles, trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and other such vehicles and equipment may not be parked in designated parking spaces or on roadways. An exception is that motorhomes, boats, and RVs are allowed a period not to exceed 36 hours for provisioning or clean up.

How do I get copies of the Governing Documents?
The Entrada homeowner’s portal, Entradaowners.com, is a great resource for homeowners. There are governing documents, minutes, financials, forms, etc. available for view or download in pdf form. Just log into the owner’s portal and go to the website. Association Docs is on the home page at the left side of the web page.
EPOA Board Management and Committees
The EPOA is a Utah non-profit corporation established to provide services to the owners who comprise its membership, and who pay fees for those services. By purchasing property within our community, you have become a member of the EPOA. The EPOA is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees elected by the members (owners), who direct the operations of the community based on the guidelines set forth in the governing documents. Your membership in the EPOA also mandates certain obligations on your part based on the governing documents. The EPOA has engaged the services of PMP to provide management services for our community.
The Trustees are assisted in carrying out their duties by committee members appointed by the EPOA Board to work in certain areas. These committees include legal, design review, finance, access and compliance, club board, landscape, and water features.
